The room is lovely (book early to get a good rate) and the club lounge allows you to see the roofs of the Forbidden City from a distance. But the best thing is the service. Audrey and her team in the club lounge were attentive and helpful, patient and understanding especially since we were travelling with two kids. Truly appreciate their assistance throughout our stay. 😊

The accommodation is in a great location and very convenient. The room is spacious, and the staff are extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to assist and provide excellent service.
