Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel

Really nice hotel with a great location in the city center. The lounge upstairs is great as well, super nice to be able to work and grab some food!

Due to my flight delays, I ended up at the hotel at 9am, which is weird hours to check in. The hotel staff is kind enough to bring me to executive lounge to rest while they do all they can to have a room for me within 1 hour, way ahead of the check-in hours. This is what I called hospitality.

I pretty much enjoy my stay here at Renaissance Wangfujing, Beijing. You have the chance to see the full landscape of the forbidden city directly from your room or Club Lounge. Every staff here were extremely friendly and helpful. I caught a cold in Beijing, and the staff at the club lounge served me with Ginger coke. I would especially express my gratitude to Ms. Sally Wei, Ms. Sally Li, Carl, and Ivy. They made my day.

We stayed here with family for January holidays, service at the bar is excellent. Very fast and with compliments for us!

We had dinner at the executive lounge. The staffs were very friendly, especially Sally Li, Peter and Carl. We liked the food and the view. Great experience!

Excellent hospitality by the Renaissance crew, especially Coco from the lounge. The hotel is very close to the Forbidden palace and Tianmen Square. The lounge is excellent. The suite was spacious. Thanks for the upgrade. The lobby is excellent. The staff really took care of our diatery preferences (thanks Coco). We were but afraid of the cold (traveling from Singapore so you can understand), but Coco encouraged us to visit Great Wall still. It was a great decision. If you want to stay in the heart of Beijing look no further.
