Courtyard by Marriott Santa Barbara Downtown

We hosted our wedding in Santa Barbara and had a large group of friends and family flying in from New Jersey, so choosing the right hotel was really important. From the start, working with Bryce Kulzer was truly incredible. She helped us with the room block and coordinated a pre-wedding bar event, and she could not have been more supportive. Bryce was extremely responsive, organized, and genuinely caring throughout the entire planning process. She made everything feel effortless, even when we had last-minute questions or changes. Having someone that reliable during wedding week was a lifesaver, and we’re so grateful for her. The hotel staff as a whole was amazing—everyone was kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our guests feel comfortable. Our group had nothing but great things to say, and it really made our wedding weekend feel special.

Clean comfortable great staff. Desk manager was amazingly helpful making reservations Pool and restaurant looked very nice though we didn’t use them. Garage was secure Located at the top of State street walking distance to many restaurants and shops

Wonderful staff and I love the hotel too… it feels like a Palm Springs hotel, but in Santa Barbara. Very walkable to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants.

This hotel is in a very convenient location in Santa Barbara and very close to a long pedestrian promenade with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with modern decor. The hotel staff were kind , friendly and responsive. I had an issue with the shower not being hot enough in my room. They had the maintenance staff resolve it while I was out and I was able to have a very hot bath once I returned. I would recommend a stay here. Great place.

The vibe of this retro hotel is great. A little tricky to get around but had all of the amenities we needed. The food and beverages from the outdoor walk up window bar was amazing! Pool area was great atmosphere. Plenty of snacks to purchase inside the hotel. Walking distance to everything State Street. Rooms nicely updated but still had a weird musty smell which is why 4 stars instead of 5. Would recommend this hotel but maybe try a room in a different part to see if there’s a difference.

프런트가 다소 산만하고 메리어트 라는 이름의 품위에 맞는 분위기라기 보다 격의없는 모텔 같은 느낌이 더 들었음. 아침 일찍부터 투숙객의 통화소리에 주변이 한참동안 시끄러워 잘 쉬지 못했는데 무엇보다 이런 일이 일어 날 수 있다는 사실이 더 놀라움 . 참고로 나는 어디를 가던 메리어트에 대한 신뢰가 있어 우선 선택을 하는 편인데 이번에 그 신뢰가 좀 깨졌음
