"Great hotel but being dragged down by deferred maintenance"

Great location. Fantastic buffet brunch. Clean rooms. Good security.

I’ve been coming to Emporio for 10 years and the maintenance has definitely declined. Why can’t they get the air conditioning running in the lounge area? Lots of angry customers spent good money buying drinks at the bar only to realize that the indoor heat and humidity prevent them from staying to enjoy.

The location was great Staff is great Facility are exceptionals Pool and spa and gym is good

Food was just ok in the sky lounge and the buffet sometimes runs out of food, milk and drinks There should be more variety in the sky lounge restaurant. Stairs were too open and can be a potential danger for children .

Perfect location. Staff was amazing. Very quite.

The Buffett was good but seemed a bit expensive and you couldn’t just go get a complimentary cup of coffee.
