La arquitectura, el balcón, la habitación, las camas, la ubicación, el baño, las albercas, las vistas.

Yo reservé 9 noches. La primera noche me pusieron en una habitación malísima, casi sin ventana, que no era mi categoría comprada. Me cambiaron al siguiente. Era porque esa noche había un show en vivo de Martin Garrix, frente al hotel, y prefirieron vender esas habs más caras. Mal hecho. Yo había reservado 2 meses antes.

The location was great and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made arriving very easy. The rooms were also a highlight — they were clean, comfortable, and well kept, which made the stay feel relaxing.

The only downside was that the spa was a little hard to find. It was not very clear where to go at first, so better signs or clearer directions from the staff would have been helpful.
