John at the front desk is the nicest person. He told great stories and made us feel so welcome.

It had a musty smell

The only thing is that the carpet on the room that we stay/1st floor is very dirty. My son walk a few step with his socks on, it turned dark like dirty dark.

Good breakfast options

Our stay was difficult, the hotel has a moisture problem on their first floor, the lobby doesn't smell bad but the hall and rooms do. They also have a major moisture problem, it was so bad it curled the books we had in our room and clothes and blankets felt damp after being in the room, if you have allergies this isn't the ideal place for you. The hotel is very dated, the light bulbs didn't match, the sheets were old and stretched out so the fitted sheet would come off of the bed easily. The room was as clean as it could be with how old everything was and the shower pressure was good. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The area to the left of the hotel where you can park your cars is questionable, it is right next to a decapitated trailer park which didn't give us a good feeling; however, the right side of the hotel was friendlier feeling next to a facility being renovated and the hotel is very walk-able to stores and restaurants. We almost left early but there was a large event and there were no other hotels available.

This is our first time staying here in Keystone. We would stay again. Clean, convenient and near all the activities in Keystone. Decent breakfast.

This was a stop on a two week cross country trip with our grandchildren. We love this area. There is so much to do and see.

Walking distance to restaurants. Staff extremely friendly.

The staff was attentive. Parking was limited, after returning from our adventure there was no legal parking at the hotel.

Beautiful property in Keystone SD. Friendly, helpful staff (particularly the ladies in the dining room!!) my main complaint would be limited parking and lack of handicapped options (traveled with elderly/disabled mom). However, in looking at other nearby options, parking here may have been better than anywhere else. As with other stays in Comfortt properties this week, the facilities seem to be getting a little on the run down side and could use an overhaul. I would still stay here again.
