grundsätzlich ok

Das Personal an der rezeptio n sollte im Umgang mit Kunden geschult werden. Keine der drei Damen konnte grüßen. und es stimmt. man setzt das Bad unter Wasser

"Avrebbe tutto per far bene ma…"

Ottima posizione, a pochi metri dalla metro collegata benissimo con il centro. Uscendo dall’hotel a sinistra abbiamo il peggior quartiere di Amburgo ma se esci a destra direzione metro non non ti accorgi di niente.

Il letto è un incubo, continuamente sfatto ti ritrovi a dormire sul materasso, cosa contraria ad ogni norma di igiene. Mi chiedo se chi si occupa di pulizie sia del mestiere. Cuscino non degno del termine. Manca il mini bar e la camera da la sensazione di essere pulita male. Lo staff è sempre scontroso anche per chiedere un po’ di latte Il ristorante non esiste ma c’è solo colazione
