Für einen städtetrip super Hotel mit guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gutes Frühstück und sauber.

Dass 250 m davon ein drop in Park mit vielen drogensüchtigen entfernt war, war unangenehm. Hier traute man sich abends nicht vorbei und das Gefühl der Sicherheit hat darunter gelitten. Hätte ich es vorher gewusst hätte ich hier nicht gebucht.

Clean and quiet

asked for early checkin, both times i returned the room was still not ready. Shower didnt have a door or curtains so most water just flowed to the floor where there was no drain

Es war sehr sauber

4 Sterne definitiv zu viel. Personal jammerte über die viele Arbeit null Begrüßung , keine Einweisung , Minister Wasserkocher nichts enthalten Wenn man duscht dann läuft das Wasser ins Zimmer da keine Tür oder ablaufrinne verbaut ist.

"Prima hotel, schone moderne kamers en zeker aan te raden, vlakbij bussen en metro station"

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk, correct en behulpzaam. Goed geholpen naar een parkeergarage in de buurt. Kamer was goed, schoon en ruim.

Hadden helaas op de tweede dag een overstromende afvoerputje in de douche.

"We will not come back"

Location, good beds.

Bathroom has no door; unavoidable to flood the place. Asked three times to get some Soap, never arrived. The old one was empty. Three shampoos, no body wash, no conditioner in the bath. No place in the shower for a comb or brush. Breakfast: one coffee machine for everyone; always massive queues; and always stuff was missing to prolong the time until you got a coffee. Buffett; same thing; always stuff missing; Stuff are unrecognisable from guests, no name badge and normal clothes. Place is expensive with a mediocre service.
