Great location! Very nice rooms! Very happy with this stay!!!

In the center of the city. Walking distance to shopping, night life and most tourist attractions. English speaking and service oriented staff.

Only problem is that the hotel does not have black-out curtains in the rooms which are really needed during White Nights - with the existing curtains the room are bright all night long since the curtains do not block the light. Otherwise, the staff were wonderful, the rooms were great and the location perfect. But the lack of black out curtains is too bad.

The stay was great overall. I received a room with a view of the cathedral (even though I booked the cheapest room through Hotels.com), which was fantastic. The breakfast menu was extensive. The bar left something to be desired, but I hopped over to Schastie, the bar that had an entrance from the side of the hotel and had a local cider. The hotel bar had maybe two beer options, both awful.

Great service as always. Rooms are comfortable, if not as clean as they could be. WiFi works ok, even on the basic level. Gym is small, but adequate. Breakfast has a good selection.

Lovely classy hotel which is located in the same building of its more upscale sister hotel Astoria. Very helpful staff, delicious room service. I had the St. Isaacs cathedral view from my room which was fantastic. Room itself maybe slightly small. But wasn’t a problem. Highly recommended

People were very helpful and enjoyed the entire time.

The girls at the front desk were Awesome, and made a big difference in our stay. Lots of English spoken, Hotel car is a great way to travel around town. Breakfast was good, Lobby was crowded with tour groups a lot tough. Super clean and well kept building
