Clean hotel, front desk guy was pathetic! He let us stand there forever while he watched the news. There’s no bell to alert the staff of guests. So we just stood there looking like idiots! The pool was cold…2 kids came along to swim with my son and they couldn’t even get in due to it being cold. Rooms were safe and clean.

The staff were extra friendly and accomodating. The rooms were clean. The key cards always took at least 3 tries to unlock the doors, but did work eventually. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a lot of choices, with some nice touches. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
