It was great. The only thing I didn't like was checkout is at 12pm and I wanted to check out at 1pm, and they were going to charge an extra $75.

We arrived late… like 11:00. We chose motel due to breakfast being included. For time and money. Looked at book in room: breakfast until 9:30 week days. Went to get breakfast and it was being picked up. We said the book said 9:30…. Nope she picks up at 9. We grabbed a few items to sit and eat.Felt like we were criminals. Later I took the book to the front desk and had him read the times. Not very apologetic, kind of passed it on to the gal who was doing what she was told to do. Just a sincere apology, or how can I make this right…. Customer service hum… Two weary retired travelers who expect more!
