Everything is fine, except the beds which are too small. I didn't sleep well that night.

Everything was excellent except the air conditioning, we could not get the room cool. The staff was responsive but even after the maintainence dept looked at it we could never make the room cool enough. The rest of the experience was excellent.

It's a good hotel with decent facilities, and polite/helpful staff etc. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was just not ready for the extra visitors during the Chinese holiday. The food ran out constantly, with staff that were just over-whelmed not being able to keep up. What's disappointing is that these holidays are well known, and they are known to be busy so I would have expected a hotel of this size and age would have been prepared like other comparable hotels.

Hotel is in city center and easy to access to all major commercial as well as to all attractions. Heavy traffic is an issue which to be considered. hotel is perfect and staffs are very friendly. Pool makes the hotel friendly for business as well as for all travelers.

The hotel had amazing service and there was always an English speaking staff available to translate. They arranged rides for us to and from different places, recommended wonderful restaurants, and provided many items we left in Beijing. I highly recommend this hotel.

A tired hotel with disinterested staff and management . I had to leave my room because of a bad paint smell that had permiated the airconditioning system , so I didnt return
