The hotel location is great and is very close to seafood restaurant street. Seafood is very cheap and living. Staffs of hotel are very frindly and helpful.

The hotel was disappointing and did not live up to the Crowne Plaza reputation that I expected. The hotel is in need of modernization and is looking a little dated and tired. The breakfast buffet provided a reasonable mix of East and West but many of the "hot" offerings were cold, as was the restaurant itself. Staff at the front desk and concierge were willing and helpful, but their efficacy was hindered by a surprising lacking of in proficiency in English. For an international hotel, I would expect good English to be a must. For example, getting details about train tickets and how to buy a local sim card were confusing and wrong.

I did not have any problem, feeling good. There is a big supermarket next to this Hotel.

Came here for business for 4 days. The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. English is ok for most staff members. There is a currency exchange in the hotel. The pool facilities are cool. The breakfast buffet is ok - not bad but not great either. There are western and chinese choices and the staff is very helpful. The buffet gets 4 out 5 stars. Good location for the hotel near the sea and generally good neighborhood. Normal chinese rules of the road apply - bring your patience and know that things will be off at times. Wifi can be very slow but then internet and cell service was super slow in Qingdao in general - get the 4G upgrade - its worth it.

Location is convenient and pretty much in the heart of the city while still close to major sightseeing locations. Room is spacious and clean!

Especially enjoy the fitness center (machines, free weights, etc. plus TV and view of the pool); the fantastic swimming pool, and the amenities in the locker room--hot showers, steam room, jacuzzi, and sauna!

well located good facilities excellent service, shopping centers nearby, I highly recommend it.

Great Italian Restaurant to dine in.The rooms were well appointed and comfortable.
