Very old property in need of renovation and customer friendly staff ! Staff is ok but somehow not proactive - management needs training and upgradation - prices are steep and no match for services !

the CHECK IN COUNTER STAFF IS NEW , THEY TOOK HELL LOT OF TIME TO GIVE ME MY ROOM THAT TOO HE OFFERED A TWIN BED ROOM , THE ROOM SERVICE WAS PATHETIC , OVER ALL BAD CHOICE .

Despite our arrival after mid-night, staff were bright and cheerful and welcoming at the entrance and the Reception. This attitude was consistent all through our stay, e.g. at breakfast, in the restaurant at dinner, and at check out. A small problem with hot water in the bathroom was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
