First thing i want to mention is that the rooms are falsely advertised on the websites. I was under the impression that i am getting a suite with a bedroom and a separate living area and small kitchenette with round dining table but what i got was a substandard room. Next morning after complaining they switched us to a little better room. I was still not very happy but we adjusted. Property is really old. The rooms were not up the 5 * standard. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Shower head broke and the handle came in my hand one day. I got sick with all the dust and pollution in Delhi. My daughter's brought soup for me and we requested a bowl and a plate to be sent in our room but i was surprised when they said it will be charged Rs.300 to ur bill. This is certainly not a 5* hotel. 😥

It’s a great property and I particularly like the access to the airport! Staff are friendly and cuisine is excellent! Keep up the great work!

Stay was OK. Check in is slow and despite leaving instructions at the time of check in that the second person will be coming in later, and writing his name also on the physical form that they have filled, when he arrived at the hotel, they said they have to speak with me, asked if I was using the room as single occupancy and whether he was just visiting or will be sharing the room..and on and on. When I asked the person to check the form, he was rude and said that his system shows as single occupancy and when I insisted, they then checked. I checked in late at 10:15 or so at night and then in 45 minutes post that, the hotel staff was knocking on my door asking if I was checking out!!!! Apparantly they should have gone to the floor above mine but came to my door instead. Ruined sleep for the night!!!!!

Definitely not a 5 star hotel and far from what it used to be. They gave me a room where constant construction was going right above me and not only could I hear loud noise but cement dripping over my belongings. I have known this place for decades now but probably this is the last time I will visit it.

Great location and fantastic people.

Nothing worth mentioning, I had problems with my TV and cable and had to call the technician many times. Quality of food is not very good.

Large/clean room, convenient location (few minutes from big shopping center, 1/2h from airport /train station), huge/beautiful restaurant with delicious cuisine, helpful/friendly staff, good travel desk to help you get air/train tickets/advices.

Great location for the airport and great swimming pool …… and fantastic staff. Great food too!

It was a good stay the staff were very courteous and supportive to the request of ours
