Overall everything was great. All the staff was very hospitable except I one restaurant staff was bit rude I thought . From the time he took our order to the serving I noticed he having side conversations about us with others but ignore it then as well he did not take our order down correct one person meal was not served and he didn’t check if all orders are received. I had to ask another server to see where’s the food That’s just one person with bad service but everyone one was very accommodating I would stay with them again

We had new club room, comfortable, clean but not 5 star. Service lack lustre. Weak shower, ordinary mixer very difficult to control temperature. No magnifying mirror made it difficult to shave. Windows not double glazed lots of traffic noise. In room tea coffee of cheap unknown brand. Our room AC didn’t work - We were explained that it was central & there was some problem in the ducts (which didn’t solve the problem). Weird reception area - like an office with staff sitting down. We stayed 2 nights only as we had a family event in Vasant Vihar but given the choice we would stay else where.
