For nearly $700 per night, this was a big disappointment. Breakfast had to be ordered online on a user-unfriendly website. We were originally told breakfast was from 8-10am, so we hungrily started looking for any employee at 8am, but we could not find anyone around until about 9am. Selection was minimal, and we had to wait for them to deliver it to our room at 9:15am.

Clean, and neat decor. Didn’t like- ordered a cocktail poolside. Was $20 for a teeny little cup

The place was way overpriced for what we got. Definitely will not come again. Everything just seem dated.

Not worth the price

Ehhhh! To much money for just 1 night. Pool floats were not blown up and thrown around the pool. Cabanas and pool area is not taken care of. Bar isn’t open during the week. Room was just ok! Seemed clean if u didn’t look to hard. Perfect location from the town of south Hampton and bridge Hampton, just a 5-10min drive. Bed sucked and pillows sucked, it was cheap. Did the job for A day! Just too pricey. The place needs some TLC! It has amazing potential.
