Poor service, AC issues, and felt unsafe.

Had no hot water or AC for 1-2 days while staying there. Reception promised that the manager will contact me, a week later, Im still waiting.

We can to the room at 10 pm to discover no electricity - no AC, no light, no hot water in the shower. Light came back over an hour later but the hot water we’re not back until we left the next morning. As a side note the beds are not comfortable.

Front desk staff was beyond amazing! From the moment I got there on Thursday night and when I left Friday, both young ladies were so accommodating and attentive to my questions. I was here for business and am not familiar with the area and they were both very helpful and patient with my questions. Also, their great smiles made my hectic work days much better. Very appreciative and continue to hire staff like them. Thanks,

Excellent service! Excellent room! Excellent pool! And breakfast was delicious!

Fantastic hidden gem - staff were awesome and the room was cute, and clean. The pool and loungers were also great! We stayed on a monday night for a quick stop over - and were the only guests. Went for a delicious Italian dinner locally.

Great stay. Convenient to all, friendly staff, great property.

Hotel is decent but I couldn’t enjoy anything due to weather I don’t have much to say

Room was freshly painted , bright but small. Rain shower was nice and the Lanvin toiletries smelled great. 1 complaint- Bed frame wasn’t attached to headboard so it moved a lot.

Overpriced motel. Rooms where cheap quality mirror had a crack in it, bathroom sink didn’t work right. Dirty headboard. It’s definitely only about the location.
