Capri

This was not what I expected but ended to be a sleep and relaxing hotel that was just what we needed. Weekends are active with pool parties and loud music. Weekdays its extremely quiet. Pool is great. No food or beverage during the weekdays which was fine because we ran to store and shops and had great options.

Annie was fantastic while we stayed at Capri. She made sure we were happy at all times and had everything we needed. Capri is such a cute little hotel and I’d definitely stay here in the future!

This hotel hides at the bottom of the longest section in their web page that on weekends there will be loud music until late, and that hidden warning is in any case an understatement of gigantic proportions. We booked the hotel for a last-minute trip to Hamptons and we had the worst hotel experience of our lives. Come the evening on Friday the hotel becomes a disco with booming music that makes the walls tremble. By 12 at night the music is supposed to fall as doors to their "club" are closed but the difference is minimal. It is supposed to finish at 2am but went on well past that time. We complained to staff and manager and we were only offered to be released from our Saturday night reservation if we could find another hotel, which we couldn't. And then if Friday had been horrible, Saturday was beyond our worst nightmares. Music started earlier, was even louder, and went on until even later. After music stopped the people from the "club" invaded the area of the rooms and music was replaced with incessant shouting a shrieking and fights. We had to go out and ask for silence and frankly we had fear for our safety. There was a fight three rooms down from us that made the walls rock in the room of another couple that we met. Staff did nothing and proposed no solutions. My wife was shaken from the experience and the lack of sleep and was unwell Saturday and Sunday, ruining our weekend. We requested that the manger or owners called us to complain and are still waiting to hear. We were truly and well ripped off by this hotel who ruined our holidays

If you are into exhibitionism, then is the motel for you. Because there are $5 shades on the windows and door that don’t cover the entire window, you will constantly be in view of any other guests walking around the property while you undress and sleep. Many corners were cut in renovating the Capri from the roadside motel that it once was. For guests that stay on Friday or Saturday nights, you don’t have to worry about sleeping as you will have a full clubbing experience until 3am in your room as the walls and windows will literally shake with the bass from the club on the property. I’m not exaggerating, they will shake with each beat until 3. No need for a car here at the Capri because you won’t have parking available during the clubbing hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 4pm to 3am. The positive reviews for this motel appear to be fake and made by “influencers” brought in for this reason. We saw this happen poolside. I cannot emphasize enough that unless you are going to be clubbing until 3am and are into exhibitionism, pass on the Capri.

Great place to hang in the Hamptons! Comfy beds, awesome pool and cool club next door. Pet friendly and let us check out late for free. Gift baskets in the rooms are a nice touch. Front Desk Staff is super friendly and helpful! Stayed last weekend and had a blast. We will be back!

The Capri Southampton is a sophisticated boutique hotel in one of the most desirable parts of the USA: the Hamptons. I relished my beautifully designed King Suite featuring beach-chic yellow stripes and whimsical nautical art. Unique furniture pieces graced the room as did an elegant living room and separate Master Bedroom that house a distinctive King Bed. The highlight feature of the Capri is the new Ketchy Beach restaurant that features dishes such as Stracciatella, Bangs Isle Mussels, Rigatoni Vodka and more. I went for a Kale Caesar and the Swordfish..........very delicious. So, if you want to escape the city hustle...........then try the............. Capri Southampton ................finest amenities and desirable location.

Disgusting. So loud. Poor woman at the front was helpful but the place has a lot of nerve charging $1000 a night. It’s giving a Rodeway motel at best. So gross.

insanely loud party going on until 4 am. traveling for work with coworkers and it was impossible to get any rest. for the rate they were charging they should have been clear on what was going on there in the evening. dishonest people.

The club on the property blasts music from noon to 4am. Great if you’re partying all night! Unfortunately, being a guest at the hotel does not guarantee access to the club/bar. The lights in our room were flickering heavily and there seems to be an electrical issue. Everything about this place felt like I was in Panama City beach for spring break in college.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Let us check in early and also lounge by the pool after checkout. Highly recommend!
