I ended up with horrible bed bug bites all over. The room smelled terrible.

Friendly staff. Not super clean. Wouldn’t stay unless had to.

Room was spacious and clean. Hallways had a distinct unpleasant smell. Check in was friendly and efficient. We would stay here again.

The location close to campus.

The room was not clean, no smoke detector and wires hanging out of the ceiling, paint chipping off the ceiling and walls in the main entrance and bathroom. No outlet covers on air conditioning units in main areas, low water pressure. Blow dryer didn't work, top out let in bathroom did not work, heat light did not work. Ice machine on main floor did not work either. Trash in the front entry, not a very inviting hotel to stay at and for the price on a big weekend in Iowa for the football game coming from out of town is very disappointing.

Staff were friendly, everything worked as it should, but things were not clean. The air conditioning unit had things growing in it, cigarette butts in the windowsill, and floors that left your feet black (the hotel room flooring is all vinyl). A dog was barking thought the hotel for most hours of the night. I did enjoy the plantings around the property.

I attempted to stay at this hotel. But was unable to sleep. Due to kids running up and down the halls at 11 o’clock at night. People in the room above us, stomping and running around dropping things on the floor at night. Two rooms in the hotel had prostitutes working out of them with men coming and going all night long.There were several drunk men hanging out in the hallways talking right outside of our doorway. Comfortable bed, shower good, location good, continental breakfast good, staff kind and price good! Thank you
