"This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our cross-country road trip."

There was not much to like about this hotel/motel. Giving it a two-star rating would be generous.

The rooms were filthy. They assigned me a room that was locked from the inside, and the other room we rented had what appeared to be blood stains on the curtain. The bathroom was not very clean. We got different rooms, minus blood stains, but the TV was not working in one room. In the other room somebody had broken off a leg of the small table. The hotel had tried to fix that with some screws (not long enough to hold the leg to the table). There was significant trash behind the cabinet the TV was on. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel since if they have so much trouble cleaning the rooms how can you trust them to properly prepare food? We ate breakfast at a nearby IHOP. The hotel is in a convenient location, but I have stayed at much better Motel 6 locations. You expect better from a Best Western. This one failed to deliver on that. The rooms cost half of what the rooms at the Hyatt cost a week earlier on our trip east. Considering how dirty the hotel is, that was not a good value.

"I do not recommend this hotel. I walked back up front canceled and went somewhere else."

I walked in and it didn’t look like the motel from the pictures. When I walked into my room which was a king with a jacuzzi tub the jets didn’t work on the tub. Do you smoke detector was on the TV stand and wires were hanging from the ceiling where it was supposed to be when I pulled out the bed to check it. There was mouse poop in between the mattress and the wall and what looked like brown stuff there was hair on the pillows and stains on the sheets and the blankets. Then, when I opened the drawer to the TV stand, three roaches fell out onto the floor and ran.

"inconvenient and inefficient."

I was double charged once by booking.com and once by the property. The issue was between booking.com and the hotel but I suffered. Still haven't gotten my refund.

Dont double charge people like that.
