"It sucked. Booking.com just take this one of the list please."

Breakfast was good. Thats actually what caught my attention on last reviews. I was going to be busy so being at the hotel wasnt a big deal just needed a place to rest. The manager was nice.

I didnt like being put in room that smelled like smoke and had to turn off the air conditioner because of the mold growths in a/c. I asked for another room and attendant said there was none available. The first room also had a messed up fire detector, and a roach. Didn't sleep well. Manager changed my room the next day, it was nicer, but came with more cockroaches killed 5 in total. Thankfully my husband is a pest control worker and spray my property down. It is what it is. Also, the swimming pool opened up the next day super late night. So I didnt have time to swim by then. My Wifi shut off like 20 mins into doing my work. So that didn't go as planned and didn't get to do any of my work on the computer. If I would of did my research I would of known this was a Best Western, which I know it from like the 80s. Needs a straight remodel. Im not one to complain, but this was a mess.

Bed comfortable. Room was overall decent. Swing shift desk clerk rocked. For why needed the room I was okay.

Room had lot of maintenance issues that needed work. Scuff marks or glue marks on tables and holes in the walls. Bathroom light didn't turn off, no smoke detector, main door had latching issues. Sodas left in fridge. Mold near tub.

"Not a good experience."

The price.

The room smelled, like a feces odor or something that they tried to cover up with something. The window curtains were messed up and wouldn't close so the light from gas station next door shined in all night. The bathroom light wouldn't turn off. The ceiling over the shower was water damaged and peeling. The bathroom also had a bad odor, maybe from the ceiling water damage. I could go on but won't. I did not ask for a different room, made assumption they would be similar and was too tired to want to deal with it. Will not return to this place and apt to avoid all sure stays in anticipation of a similar experience.

Property was not as described. No cars in parking lot when all other hotels were booked should have been a clue. Didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. Also the indoor pool had been broken down for a while and was main reason for staying. So we cancelled our reservation
