I booked two nights at this property and left after the first night. It was extremely dirty- the couch, the bed, the carpets, the hallways, etc. I attempted to get a refund from the hotel for the second night and they did not give it to me. Do not stay here. The pool was also not working which I was not informed of before and the TV didn't work. I asked for them to come help me with it or fix it and they said there was only one person working so they could not leave the desk all night.

When you get there the lobby seems pretty nice it looks like it would be nice. Our floor was level 2 when I tell you that as soon as I stepped out into the hallway it smelled of BO and it was warm and humid. Then when I opened the door to our room it smelled of strong cleaning supplies and PEE. It smelled so bad.the floor was ripped. The walls were dirty and I checked the bed and lifted the sheets and there was a huge pee stain on the mattress. I immediately wanted a refund and she kept 50$ bc they would loose money going through a third party already. So horrible

It had smell in hallway an room please don't sit on sofa it was dirty an look like people had sex on it .out TV didn't work call down stairs an guy was rude very unprofessional an they wouldn't get us another room.I want ever go back here

The property is in dire need of a revamp! Also litter everywhere.
