Hotel is an absolute disgrace. Roaches crawling on walls and beds. Very awful stench. Stained futon, severely stained and dirty mattresses. Elevator barley working and was quite scary.

Horrible, disgusting and disappointing. Booked through Booking.com and the everything looked so nice, in person its an absolute disgrace.

The first back October was good, the water wasn’t getting hot,This go around the service was horrible for the night staff,she was so rude disrespectful, the lady that morning was supposed leave her information me to switch to the different room cause it was nasty, so I came back to get the new room key she said no cause I wasn’t in the computer she with me the 10mins I kept asking her call the lady from this morning she kept saying no I can’t call anyone and I can’t let you in the room, kept saying can you please call I got my babies it’s cold she said no I can’t I’m sorry, I said ma’am I paid already I the key from the last room I need to switch, she said no, kept saying call someone, and she finally said I’ll do it, the other lady answered and told her yes I changed her room, is would have did that at the beginning we could have avoided the

We stayed for a few nights between international flights due to uncertainty of flight cancellations. The positive was the shuttle service both to and from the airport was good. Driving in to the hotel grounds we noticed it was very unkept and seedy looking area. We checked in to our room and first impressions was gloomy and very old decor with mismatched furniture. The safe doesn’t work and when we asked at reception we were told none of the safes work, the remote on the TV volume doesn’t work, the sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain, there are missing and cracked tiles on the wall. The breakfast is very mediocre with cold coffee and Luke warm scrambled eggs and a choice of 4 cereals . There is no where to eat close by so it cost us $20 each way in an uber as only had noodles or potato chips in the office. Overall I would not recommend this hotel regardless of the price

This place is extremely dated and dirty. Pool is out of order one of the elevators is out of order. The food they sell at the front desk is out of boxes from Sam's Club. Washcloths and towels were from Sam's Club coffee cups were from Sam's Club and leaked coffee everywhere. Was in a two King room suite the separate room looked like all the wall hangings were literally ripped off the wall it also looked like paper was glued to the wall then ripped off. Room was extremely musty smelling. When I got home I had to wash everything I brought. Past comments about the Cockroaches had me so freaked out I didn't bring in any of our food. I can't believe Windom allows their name to be on this hotel.

It has easy access to the freeway, an important feature since you will want to have a quick exit.

Everything. Not a single redeeming quality. Literally the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. My family and I checked in, walked into the hotel room and checked out. The room was filthy and in severe state of disrepair, the hallways were dirty and splashed with paint. The ice machine was a science experiment to grow a new antibiotic or a new superbug, whichever came first…. The hotel refused to give us a refund, so we filed a complaint with booking.com, who has escalated our claim. Even knowing that we could lose money, it was worth it for us to not stay here.

I have never encountered such a bad hotel. This was the worst stay.I should of known from checkin in. Who has garlic and apples in the counter of a hotel. This was like staying more like a motel. Moldy smell, cigarrete smell in the rooms, nasty bed sheets, couch was disgusting. We couldnt even shower bc the water was burning hot. .Also took the stairs bc only 1 elevator was working.And while going downstairs there was a hole in one of the stairs. I ended up leaving and getting a nice, clean freshly hotel 20 min from there.
