Rooms can smell better i had to change rooms like 3 times

They worry about their salon that they have going on

There was black mold and roaches in the hotel room..there were several cosmetic issues and overall the hotel Was disgustingly nasty

Had a problem with our door and it took over 30 minutes for them to get it open with all of our belongings inside. She wasn’t very nice about it and we didn’t even get an apology

The decor of the lobby was nice. The charitable auction table was cool.

The place isn't welcoming. Breakfast is seen as another way to tack on more fees. There are signs everywhere that guests would be charged $25 per person for taking food out of the dining room. So a cup of coffee could cost you $25. There were cameras everywhere, not to make the guests feel safe but to make sure every offense was caught. One elevator was broken, and the other one, by the sound of the gears inside, is soon to follow. The shower was rusted over, including the shower head. Taking a shower was more of a chore than a luxury. If guests who were eating in the dining hall needed to use the restroom nearby, they needed to get the front desk attendant to use their key to personally let them in. It was too much. I left as soon as I could where I would not forfeit the cost I paid. It was not a pleasant experience.
