The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was good.

Outdated, needs a renovation. Staff weren't that friendly. Stated there was housekeeping on the third day but no one came on any of the days spent there.

The restaurant rep that delivered our dinner was fabulous. He went above to ensure we felt at home with our order and were pleased. The front desk staff were excellent as they did a quick room change after check in to accommodate us deciding to bring our dog. Pool was clean and room was quiet!

The hotel cancelled my reservation the same day that it was confirmed by Booking.com. Furthermore, Booking.com debited my credit card and did not refund the money. Please credit my credit card and refund the $519.69.
