We stay here at least once a month and it’s our definitely preferred place. Staff are excellent and facilities are always clean and the pool is fantastic!! Staff especially are so friendly and attentive !

The location was good for getting around

Staff were inexperienced, it wasn’t clean including significant hair down the drain and when I’ve submitted a complaint had no response. We were moved rooms as a result of several issues. Poor customer service
