The Casablanca Hotel

The staff were friendly, the location was convenient, it looked like it would have been a nice hotel when built.

The hotel is evidently in a state of financial distress, with closing of facilities and lack of services to offer. No coffee or accessories to breakfast services in the hotel with the exception of the room coffee, the TV was not working, most likely due to the financial situation, there was a smell of marijuana in our room, coming from either a room nearby or through the air filter system. If we were aware of these issues in advance, we would have stayed at another hotel. The staff did their best, the hotel is clearly needs a renovation/upgrade to bring it up to a reasonable standard.

Good location

There was no breakfast. Didn't like much at all of our stay and will not be back.

The bathroom toilet immediately backed up. Handed a plunger to unplug the toilet ourselves. No USB ports. Moved to another room and the TV stopped working. No cups in the bathroom to rinse mouth. The telephone didn't work so had to keep going downstairs to get help. The staff was working all alone which is also a safety hazard for the staff and clients.

Location access to the fitness center. The pool was a. It was dirty. Also, our bathrooms were still dirty. I had to literally clean the spa tub before using it.

It definitely needs an upgrade. Everything was pretty much out of date. The beds were not comfortable at all. The room was so hot that we couldn’t even sleep. The beds were so small that I had to pay to get a second bed for my teenager it just wasn’t clean. The fridge had stains on top of. It didn’t even keep the food cold again not enough towels. The room temperature was awful.
