"Good price, good location, more charm than your standard chain hotel."

Location is good, atmosphere of the lobby and facility was good. Very good bang for your buck.

The jacuzzi part of the bath was broken, things seemed a bit rundown in areas.

Staff were great!!!! Elevators were fast Location

Definitely dated and could use some renovations The smell of chlorine was very strong from the pool when you enter … No breakfast !!! Even a continental Luke have worked

"Was a beautiful hotel back in the day but sadly gone down hill."

Location and staff were great!

Shower stall had mold all along the door and inner frame, caulking is peeling and hanging loosely, no plug in sink and bathroom fan doesn’t work at all. Timer works but fan doesn’t. Carpet was visibly dirty & brown stain on bed cover. Bed is very lumpy. Ice maker doesn’t work and water fountain in gym doesn’t work. Dirty gym, rusting equipment . Obviously looks like this will be closing soon and nothing is being maintained or updated. Restaurant in hotel is closed. This will be our last stay. We used to stay here regularly when traveling to Niagara area.
