It was a 10 on the sleazy scale of 1-10, with 10 being the worst. There was a hispanic male laying on the floor immediately across from the elevator on the 3rd floor. He was there when we arrived, and we went to dinner for an hour and a half or longer, and when we returned he was still there and had his hand deep into his shorts and seemed to be fondling his genitals and didnt stop when he saw us exit the elevator. This was one of the most dilapidated, poorly run hotels Ive ever stayed in. There was a palpable sense of danger not only in the parking lot, where there wer groups of hispanics just hanging around and appeared to be drinking, but inside as well, and I kept waking up and reflecting on all this and feeling like my vehicle wasnt safe outside as well as my own safety while trying to sleep. No security staff was ever seen by us, the room didnt have linen or a towel for our 3rd occupant that we paid for, and when we went to retrieve it, even then they only gave us one sheet that wasnt big enough to cover the bed, one of the pillow cases were toos mall for the pillow, etc. The bathtub plumbing was loose, the bathtub had been painted and was peeling, there was mold in the caulked edges, the shower curtain was old, outdated, and wrinkled like it was previously wadded up. It was gross. The furniture in the room looked like it came from goodwill, the carpets throughout the hotel were beyond hideous…

Old, worn out furniture, nasty carpet

Easy parking, good location, front desk was very friendly, bed was so comfortable, breakfast and the coffee were really good.

The bathtub needs updating, and a couple of the lampshades need replacing.
