SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Coralville Iowa City

Water link in our bathroom and during breakfast in cafe area

The room was clean and spacious it was close proximity to the campus and the free breakfast

I wish breakfast was at least until 10am

Our room was dirty we found other people items the tub was dirty the drain had hair still in it the corners of the hotel room dirty and dingy

The room smelled absolutely terrible! There was also no mini fridge in the kitchenette which we expected to have. The bed was comfy but the room was outdated and there was old damages and stains throughout the room.

Location close to University

Far below expectations. Very old and dirty place.

Personally i was not there but i had made reservations for family members to stay there under my name thinking best western could be trusted but now im aware that it can not and i will think twice before making reservations at a best western name again, i was told they did not enjoy their stay with haveing people being loud, cursing, and banging on doors in the middle of the night and the smell of marijuana in the hallways, and upon checkout noone was at the desk which makes me question the staffing capabilities at this particular location and keeping this hotel a proffesional environment, frankly it was absolutly unexceptable that this was even remotly allowed considering i needed my family members to have a peacful stay for the night, i will not be recommending this hotel as well
