Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort

Reasonably priced and well arranged property. Much thought given into all of the details, very beautiful, clean and health oriented. Dinner was great. We prefer this property to ojo caliente though it's farther from us. It not only claims to have walking trails, but does indeed have a trailhead and map for hiking. Both

It's always a good stay, but it seems to have gone down hill in the past couple years. There were many loud people at the large pool, and no staff to quiet them. At one point there were even multiple small children (love kids, but I feel I'm paying for the tranquility). The restaurant was awful. I ordered the club and my wife the tacos, and it took nearly 45 minutes to arrive. My sandwich was thrown together, and you could see a thumbprint in the soggy bread.

This resort is incredibly peaceful, joyful, and beautiful. I couldn’t be more pleased. This will become a new tradition for my husband and myself.

We had the most amazing stay at Ojo Santa Fe 💕 The pools were relaxing, staff was friendly grounds were clean and our room was so comfortable and cozy! Definitely recommend

Really lovely place to stay. I loved the yoga, the rescue pups, the silkie chickens, the quiet and restful spots to wander or take a dip. Definitely a place to unwind. Staff was always helpful too.

Both locations had failing internet booking system. When I tried to get them to fix the wrong location for my reservation, Ojo Caliente blamed Expedia and wouldn’t switch to the mineral springs location even though there were rooms available. Then the springs location wouldn’t take an in-person reservation!

tips si piensas visitar este lugar , primeramente si va llover , cerraran las instalsciones . si quieres comer en el restaurante dentro de la instalacion deberan vestirte elegantemente oh de lo contrario no los dejaran comer adentro , al ingresar a su habitacion asegurense de poner la tarjeta de no molestar en la puerta , ya que el personal suele entrar sin tocar . la primera ves que fui todo fue exelente el personal muy amable comimos en el restaurante sin problemas . tanto que me gusto que regrese, esta ves estuvo a cargo difetente personal y lamentablemente senti un poco de racismo, estoy consiente que por la lluvia y nuestra seguridad deben cerrar las albercas , pero en la recepcion nos aseguraron mandar un mensaje cuando reabrieran , jamas recibimos ese mensaje , cuando ibamos a dejar la instalacion un muchacho amable nos dijo que ya habian abierto 15 minutos atras , al regresar mi esposo pregunto en la recepcion si ya habian abierto y nuevamente la respuesta fue que no y que posiblemente no abririan nuevamente, decidimos caminar y nos dimos cuenta que efectivamente ya estaban adentro las personas , asi que fuimos nos cambiamos y decidimos ignorar el mal rato . al final tuvimos q salir a cenar , y al regresar volvimos a preguntar si estaba cerrado a lo cual volvieron a decir que si , y jamas recibimon un mensaje notificando que reabrieron . lamentablemente lo tome como si nos estuvieran haciendo menos y no recibimos un buen trato . al final solo entramos por un par de ho
