The grounds at Ojo Santa Fe are beautiful. Shout out to exceptional housekeeping supervisor Ozzy that went out of his way to get us into our room. Meals were enjoyable, spa service was very nice, and the hot springs were wonderful on a cool evening. Very nice respite.

The resort is a large spa with multiple very nice facilities to enjoy. The setting and landscape around the hotel is exceptional and very nice. Hotel staff serving in both restaurants and the massage spa were friendly but did not seem experienced and service was haphazard and seemed lacking in training. The experienced staff though were great.

Absolutely delightful! Daily yoga. On property hiking trail. The hot springs pools are fantastic. Live local music Wednesday. Food in the Blue Heron and Sages was absolutely delicious. Soooooo relaxing. Highly recommend.

Food was terrible. Fresh from the onsite farm and veggies were terrible. No assistance for luggage. Poorly trained staff on customer service. Better have a car, very limited transportation options. Could be a nice place if the get it together.

"Amazing property, will be back without kids ;)"

We decided to splurge on the way back from a family trip to the Grand Canyon and this felt like a literal oasis of green in the middle of the desert. We are already planning a return trip sans kids to fully immerse ourselves in all that this property offers.

"Room without a view. "

The room was handicap access which was not requested. No windows and patio faced stucco wall and felt very much like a lock up cell. Room was large but set off to the back dirt road and trailer park. Not what was hoped for with the beauty of the surrounding spa grounds. Staff was unhelpful and was told there was nothing that could be done or changed. Restaurant food was also very poor, overcooked fish and steak. undercooked veg. Not a high end restaurant.
