Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort

We walked into the room with it being extremely hot. The AC barely worked so luckily it was still cool outside but we had to keep all the windows open all night to be cooled by morning. Since it was so hot, we didn’t need all the comforters but good thing because there were disgusting stains on our comforter. When I called the front in the morning about this they didn’t even apologize they just mentioned they would have someone stop by. The staff was not clear about the amenities and what was included. I guess there are additional things like a floating tank and private springs but with additional charges even though you pay $300 plus a night. There are no televisions in the room and the thermal pools but the spa are not very warm, our hot tub at home is hotter. Maybe I’m spoiled with other hot springs I’ve been to but I was not impressed with the grounds, variety, or accommodations for the price. The cost for the restaurant was outrageous for the food that is mediocre at best and I probably could have cooked it better at home. Not worth the cost of staying here, barley even worth the day pass cost but if you want to go just do a day pass.

This was the vacation we did not know we needed. We stayed here with our adult children and have many great memories to share. The staff was fantastic.

Beautiful & very peaceful, calm setting so was great for a relaxing retreat. Wish I had known of the swimming pool which was not evident from their website.

First class facilities, amazing food at the restaurant, and lots of fun activities. (Best massage ever, fun culinary class, petroglyphs hike, hatchet throwing, archery, spiritual work... we did so much - and yet there was so much more offered.) Loved our stay!

It’s a beautiful place, but the front desk (as opposed to the staff in the restaurant and spa) were really sketchy. Never answered the phone, had to be told a million times that we were waiting for a package, had no food when we arrived — said we should have called, which we did twice, but no one answered (and it’s half an hour to downtown). I imagine you get it . . .

Friendliness and attentiveness of staff, calm, serene setting was perfect for my needs

This was the most relaxed I have felt in a LONG time! The staff were amazing from check in to check out and our room was available 3 hours before check in which was an added bonus. You are able to use the resort and the activities (which are amazing) from 10:00 the day you check in to 5:00 the day you check out so you really get to experience two full days of relaxation. The spa was AMAZING and I recommend the private soak before any services! I felt like Hollywood royalty at Sunrise Springs and this will be my go-to place for a mommy vacation!
