Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge

You heard everything the noise in the next rooms upstairs they only clean the rooms every other day so the five days I was there our room didn’t get clean! No clean towels !no spa

Terrible check in. I was not notified that I needed a pin to use my card for charges on and around the resort which needs to be set up at the front desk. I checked in at 3:30 based on Expedia instruction and I was not given a room until 5:05pm. Only after I went back to the front desk. There is no 24 hour room service as advertised on Expedia. There is NO room service. We paid for a Savannah view and it was terrible. We saw one giraffe and a distance animal with horns that we could not make out. A complete waste of money. We were also not told they do not clean rooms every day, only every other day which should have been relevant due to our 2 night reservation. We came back from Disney park at 10:30pm and the room was how we left it, with no towels to use. They treated us very different (worse) than if we booked direct with them. We felt very discriminated against for being loyal to Expedia. We will definitely re-think our decision to book through Expedia based on this treatment. It was a very disappointing trip to say the least.

The atmosphere was very transportative into the African Continent. The shuttle service was very good and you could get around Disney very easily. My only disappointment was I was not a connoisseur of African and Indian Cuisine although they had American offerings I tended to go off property for dinner. Also, you need to make reservations well in advance of your stay if you want to eat there. The savanna views were great and we spent a lot of time watching the animals. Great place to explore something different.

Out of 4 day we only got a staff member to take part of our trash out and bring towels

Prime Disney location. Beautiful property. Everything else leaves much to be desired.

We requested a king bed and when we got there they said we have none left. So, my husband and I slept in separate beds on our adult only trip. Terrible

Ultimate , awesomeness at its best Just one thing , no room service , which is gud as well as bad , as after being tired from parks , sometimes u need to relax at room

This was a lovely place to stay with a fantastic African feel. Loved all the little details around the property the staff was fantastic- will definitely be back
