There was nothing to like

It was unsafe. The staff at check in was incredibly rude, uninterested and unhelpful! We could not find staff to check out. The air conditioner in our room 303 was not working properly and we couldn't find an employee to help.

"Pretty pleased with my stay"

Really quiet and peaceful. Had a big spot for animals to go use the bathroom and also provided bags for pick up. The breakfast was very good. Just an overall good experience

The dog area and had a big parking lot, could use more than one Veteran’s parking spot

"It was downright gross."

The breakfast was a normal option for breakfast. The location was ideal. Location was what I was hoping for.

The smell of Marijuana was off the charts throughout the halls. I asked for 2 queen beds. No way they were queen but fulls. Bugs in the room. Floor was sticky and nasty. The tub spigot was barely attached and didn't work. The AC was practically non functional. I never been more embarrassed to show my parents the room I booked for them. It was down right repulsive.

Not enough lighting in the room. Shower curtain to small. The toilet paper was a couple of sheets from being empty. No spare rolls to be found. No remote for TV, had to go ask for one.
