I did not avail myself of the breakfast I just went on to work.

There was no overhead lighting in the rooms. the lighting there was directed toward the lower part of the room.

"I do not think I will return."

breakfast was good Desk staff were very nice on 1st and 2nd shifts

Room was full of dog hair. Flying from a/c and coming from bathroom fan. Bathroom was not very clean. Floors very dirty. Threw white socks away. Microwave would not revolve so things burned. Male day mgr replaced with lobby one on day 3. My laptop lost internet connection during important work. I called front desk on 3rd shift. She gave me a number to call to have them reset connection. I admit I was stunned she did not call them. The call was very frustrating, my computer still read no connection. I had already wasted 2 hours not accomplishing anything. I shut it down, waited a half an hour and turned it back on and got a connection and finished my work. Very unhappily till 5:10 am.

When we walked in there was coffee all over the counter, the place reeked like smoke. When we got to the room, th keycards did not work. I went back to front desk and she came to room acting like I was stupid and couldn’t figure it out. She saw real quick how the cards dint work. Once I opened the door, we immediately noticed one was was not made and it was soiled. The front desk agent was still wit us at this time and she witnessed it as well. With no explanation or apology. She tried to get us to accept another room. Absolutely not!!! The hotel will not issue me a full refund. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Completely unacceptable.
