"Excellent"

The housekeeping staff as well as desk staff are all wonderful hard working people. Very friendly. The rooms are a bit worn but the beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable. The tv is big and nice. The WIFI leaves much to be desired as I have been working remotely for too long now and the WIFI is spotty.

On August 23, 2025, during my stay at hotel, I was asked to pay an additional fee for my service dog. This is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which prohibits hotels from charging any extra fees for service animals.

"Don't stay here"

Take my advice, DO NOT STAY HERE. Awful smells, terrible bedding, dirty showers, unclean rooms. When I went to sleep there was what seemed to be a piece of gum stuck between by bottom and top sheet. Just really shady and bad. In major need of renovations and updates.

"Falls short of usual expectations."

The room was adequate for the stay once the housekeeping and facilities issues were resolved. Front desk person was wonderful.

The floors were dirty and sticky. No TP in the bathroom. No drink cups supplied with the coffee maker. TV remote didn't work.

Smelled like smoke, burn marks on sheets and blankets, room was dark with very little lighting, mini fridge periodically made a very loud noise, TV was basically unusable as there was no navigatable guide and the channel list was inaccurate

"Disgusting"

The smell of weed/cigarette smoke is almost overwhelming throughout the building. When we got to the room we found pubic hair and large cigarette burns in the sheets the bathroom was dirty. The refrigerator was also disgusting. The only response customer service at the front desk said was well our rooms are smoking rooms. We didn’t stay. Absolutely do not stay here!!!
