The rooms are a bit outdated but the service was wonderful!

Awful service in old poorly maintained hotel. Front desk useless was told maintenance for toilet not available till tomorrow although clogged The door to bathroom did not open fully as it hit the toilet. The room is poorly lit. We were given 4 hangars total for the room. When I asked to speak to someone in charge I was told there was no one but someone would get in touch. No one did. The dresser is old and doors are falling off the furniture. We had fire alarms 4 times one night due to water problem which kept us up most of the night. I would NEVeR stay at this hotel again

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at. I was not informed that the air was a portable air conditioner. The water got shut off and I was not informed that there was no water. They fixed it but ended up breaking a sprinkle so the fire alarm was going off at 3 in the morning. The wi-fi is slow and only works half the time. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fire alarms were going off for a few hours Friday night due to some water in the elevators. No big deal, things happen...but I was expecting a little bit of a discount on my room. There were no luggage carts or pool towels. When I asked for both, the front desk didn't do anything to get me either and acted like it was no big deal. The garbage on the 4th floor elevator was overflowing for 2 days and was not emptied by the time we left. One person at the front desk was sitting outside the hotel smoking and chatting with friends. The amenities are nice, but the entire hotel really needs an update.

I was expecting a little better facilities from this hotel. My sink counter was broke in half, the shower drain plug was sitting on the side of the tub in pieces, the fan made a lot of noise and, when I went to take a shower there was no hot water. The towels were old and there was no wash rags provided. The TV made you sign in with your information before even being able to watch it, The food and drinks were reasonably priced. I can’t believe I sent my clients here when they were in town for meetings. I really was pleased overall but, for a KING Suite room, come on man!

The fire alarm was going off for 3 hours during the night. No fire. Just malfunctioning. Sleep was impossible.

Food was excellent at in house restaurant, as well as breakfast included.

Alcoholic beverages prepared at in house restaurant, was not prepared correctly.

REALLY UNHAPPY with our stay. LOTS of Mold/Mildew in the tub enclosure, drain was pulled out, comforter and sheets looked like someone had layed on them. I told the person we were UNHAPPY with the room. After I demanded, he offered a different room. We checked it out before we moved and that shower enclosure also had LOTS of mold. VERY LOW water pressure in shower. VERY little shampoo in dispenser. Couldn't get the TV to work. We have stayed there before. DISAPPOINTED. We won't be returning.
