Best Western Plus Cold Spring

Great place for an overnight stop. Spacious bedroom and friendly reception staff.

The walls were quite thin, you could hear the guests in the other rooms.

The included breakfast was appreciated. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. We also liked the heater on the bathroom ceiling. There was plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe and an enormous tv on the wall. Being able to park right outside the room was a definite plus. The microwave was useful for reheating food that you couldn't manage to eat at one of the restaurants in Plymouth. The chair and footstool were really comfortable.

The room was very dark, even with all of the lights on. The room appeared a little tired and in need of some renovation, especially the bathroom.

Had a nice stay, cozy room with king bed and sofa. Clean and air conditioned well, also was nice to have working windows. Thanks for a great place to stay!

This best western exceeded our expectations for a number of reasons! From the moment we checked in we were greeted by the incredibly helpful & friendly Front Desk Manager Rob. He not only was able to get us checked in early, but because we were travelling for our honeymoon he upgraded our room free of charge! We were in the John Alden room and it was fabulous. The complimentary breakfast was also fantastic with the most amazing & attentive breakfast team. In terms of location, it’s a walking distance to all the key sights, restaurants & bars in Plymouth. Overall, we had a great experience here. This was our first time staying in a best western and we are excited to stay again!

Clean linens but hotel room needed updating and more thorough cleaning

This hotel is old and dated. The front door has to be pushed hard to open or close. It immediately smelled musty when we walked in. The door to the bathroom is swollen and won't shut correctly. The carpet is filthy. After showering and just walking on carpet to get dressed had to wipe my feet clean.

You will be super impressed with this hotel. It is very clean. The grounds are manicured. The staff is wonderful. Breakfast is your basic Continental. But it is very good. And Brenda was a great employee at the breakfast cafe. You have blow dryers, iron and ironing board. Which I used. The best surprise was the laundry facility that they offer. ( Coin operated) Had a front loader washer and dryer. Very clean laundry room. And we're not afraid to put your clothes in it like a lot of facilities that you go to. They also sell laundry soap at the desk. Have no complaints about this hotel . it was wonderful
