Best Western Plus Cold Spring

Stayed here for one night while holidaying in New England area which was our last night before heading to Boston. Reception was straightforward and we had booked a queen room which was very spacious and had everything we needed. Hotel is motel like with two floors of rooms, which are a bit dated. Breakfast was included with the room which consisted of cereals, breads, waffles, coffee etc. Location was good also. Recommended.

I was able to check in sooner than expected ! Very nice to have a room ready two hours before my expected arrival time and at no extra charge !

Breakfast was good; however the breakfast room was small and the choices were limited in comparison to other Best Westerns that I have experienced. The fact that the staff woman in charge of it was "frozen" both literally and figuratively speaking did little for the motels image.

Good location, clean, spacious, had everything you needed, breakfast was good and it was quiet. Will definitely go back next year.

Had Pepsi machine instead of coke

The location is perfect, close to the waterfront and downtown. The property is clean, quiet, and comfortable.

room was very dark with only bedside lamps and desk lamp. No overhead lighting, no mirror lighting in the bathroom.

Fantastic staff - helpful and professional. Excellent location, walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Rooms were super clean and housekeeping is available every day if you want it. Full free breakfast with lots of choices. Would definitely stay here again.

We had 2 rooms and stayed 2 nights. Rooms are slightly dated and could do with a bit of a freshen up, but comfortable bed and good location meant it gave us what we needed to explore this part of New England. Decent breakfast in the morning, fridge in the room, seasonal outside pool and complimentary wifi, parking and hot drinks were very much appreciated. Only negative was the lack of a safe in the rooms
