Spruce Point Inn Resort and Spa

Booked partial ocean view room. Very disappointed that the balcony was blocked by a very large tree.

I really wanted to love this place because the location is beautiful and they advertise so many activities for the kids. The game room was dirty with broken games and missing parts. There were no scheduled activities for the kids when I was there, likely due to visiting mid-august towards the end of the season, but the price did not change. The staff seemed like they were just there for the summer so had a little interest in actually accommodating you. We traveled with two other families who left early because their room smelled of mildew. And although we did tell the staff nothing was done. We stayed in Evergreen and the rooms had old carpet and saggy mattresses. Another family stayed in bluebird who had a much better experience with new flooring and beds. However, both were the same price. The location is beautiful, pools were clean, kayaks were super fun, and there was evening music one night. I really hope this place could continue to fix up their amenities because it has the makings of a really cool family spot. But for now it is a very disappointing experience with the high price point.

Great views Peaceful

Staying here is very expensive, but the design and set up all seems to be stuck in the 90s. I'm surprised they haven't invested in really updating this place and making it smarter, functional (all the bikes were pretty much broken, the tennis courts had holes, the toilet seat was broken, the tv was from 1990), but the location is absolutely beautiful. You can't beat it in Booth Bay.

Beautiful location... accessible to town and area..nice staff. The hotel was very retro and gave the vibe... restaurant food was good ..need more people working in certain areas... however all staff were helpful and accommodating.

Overall OK experience. The resort boasts family activities, but the entire place needs a major upgrade. There were some safety issues with the outdoor playground, and most of the rec center games were broken or missing pieces. Too pricey for the experience.

What a gorgeous location over looking the water. Staff were super friendly. We had a Delicious breakfast but the service was a bit slow.

The view is beautiful but the resort is falling apart. The grounds and rooms are not great. The hot tub view is gorgeous but a hazard with multiple people falling on the stairs and way in.

repeat visitor, however our cottage had 3 units with us in the middle. Crying and running children on one side and barking dog on the other- not the best.

As a family with two tweens, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spruce Point. It’s an absolutely gorgeous property, and there is a lot to do for kids ages 2-18. I’m not sure if it’s the best value option for child-free guests, but we definitely got our money’s worth with the three pools, kayaking, game room, outdoor games, and nightly s’mores by the fire. My sons met kids their age every day and enjoyed playing baseball in the field and playing games in the pool.
