Carrington House Hotel

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, aber sauberes Zimmer. Der Preis ist günstig und in Ordnung.

Mehr Zimmer als Parkplätze vorhanden. Habe keinen Parkplatz bekommen und musste mir selbst einen auf der Straße suchen. Habe dann ca. 10 Minuten entfernt einen gefunden. Im Bad keine Toiletten-Bürste vorhanden (Zimmer 11). Eine Klimaanlage?? außen, nicht sehr laut aber doch störend, lief die ganze Nacht.

Breakfast was fine, staff helpful. Saturday evening's meal was better than Fridaays in the way that dry toast beast starvation.

Room was hot and stuffy with poor ventilation. We clealry have different expectaions of what a king size bed means. The food on Friday evening was...reminiscent of less than delightful school dinners

The smell, mould in the bathroom, cracked light switch, torn curtain, stained carpets

Location nice and quiet and a 10 minute walk to the beach and 25mins to Bournemouth pier

Room could do with a bit of decorating . Paint was peeling off the inside of the bathroom door and the black plastic base sheet of the bed was hanging down as though it had been torn on both sides. I think there are better rooms available at a higher price .

The structure of the building

Initially I did online check in and they sent me email when I get to the property I go for my key and the room number was 1,The room they first gave me was smelling bad and it wasn’t room 1 too so I went back to receptionist and ask her to changed the room indeed she changed it, I couldn’t even slept on the pillow because it was so hard to sleep on etc.

Access to rooms and the room was a little tired and would benefit from an update.

In an ok area

the room was filthy with hand marks on walls leaks on the wall bathroom had foot prints in the bat h hair on the floor. when gone down to reception to ask if we can change the room staff member a Spanish lady I believe was so rude made my daughter feel really uncomfortable Who’s autistic and was shouting at me that I need to cancel my booking on the app when I was just asking for my room to be cleaned it was a horrendous experience. I would never ever stay at this hotel again. I left and didn’t even stay there.
