The bed felt like I was laying on springs and it was very hard and uncomfortable I couldn't sleep .window would not shut in the bathroom.I could not get the television working I had to go to reception an engineer came. Staff did not know what food was available the meal that came was ok ! The place is looking very tired.

Room had mould, staff was very stiff ( I asked for an iron machine and they said will bring it had to go three times at the reception they was saying they brought it to the other room etc nd still didn’t got the iron machine ) , there was no windows and I paid £170 for two nights . Awful I am sorry I didn’t read the reviews before …
