The lady on reception was lovely, but when we arrived they had cancelled our family room to a single double because they overbooked on the day of arrival so we had to rush around to find another hotel and split our party into two, we was put in a very small hotel room last room on top floor. It was very noisy During night drunk girls shouting but this was not hotels fault but they were guests there, to cancel a booking last minute when I had confirmed my arrival by email is just dam right disgusting and will not be returning, it cost us £200 more to ensure that other guests we was with had accommodation due to there error
