It was convenient location.

No internet. No TV. Had to use my own wifi to watch TV. The lamp by the bed was broke. TV in bedroom didnt work either.

It was close to the places we needed it to be. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom was dirty and ottoman had some crazy stains on it. Tried to talk to a manager to make aware, and I was told that it was clean that it was just water damage so I asked them since they could not give me a different room for a rag and some cleaner. First thing I did was spray underneath the sink and wipe up. It was definitely not stained cause it wiped up some of the dirt dead and it made me realize how dirty the bathroom actually was.

No curtains on the windows. The shade was see through and we were in the main floor. Parking lot outside our window.. free show .. awkward

"Maintenance quality poor. TV service poor. Elevator not working. Hotel needs total rehab!"

Front desk personnel friendly and helpful.

Elevator not working. TV not working. Electric light bathroom on off intermittently first room stayed in floor 4 walk up with heavy luggage. Second floor room 202 moved to after complaining. There the sink tap dripped constantly. Shower/bath water mostly lukewarm. Breakfast poor. Coffee watery and cold two days. Don’t stay at this hotel until repairs completed. Especially new TV service (due soon per manager). TV in 202 not connected entire 4 days. This hotel is not up to Country Inn & Suites standards like Portland Airport if same franchise group.
