White Pines Inn & Suites

Hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast was okay. This is a good place for the money.

Not clean. We were on first floor and had a door leading to the parking lot. The door would not open. Also smelled of mold.

Positive room was clean. Negative multiple times key swipe failed on initial check-in room key was redone 3X then switched to another room. Subsequently key swipes failed again later in new room. Upon each problematic issue with the key swipe front desk is never apologetic, only "try this time". Bathroom vent did not work, bifold door/closet would not open close, no cups, only 2 towels. Breakfast has meager offerings. "Kitchen staff :Jose is playing phone loud just sitting there; in fact initially though this must just be a rude guest. For a check with the front desk on their burnt non teflon waffle iron they direct me to the kitchen staff which turns out is Jose; enjoying his Spanish language phone broadcast out LOUD. Not told by the desk but rooms are not made up each day unless requested. So beds/towels nothing. Too many aggravations at this place.

The room was clean and comfortable but very dated and in need of improvements, but it was good for basically just sleeping one night. The breakfast was mediocre

The property was probably once a destination resort. Appears new owners are doing what they can to rejuvenate the property. Has lots of potential.

It wasn’t clean- 4 small lumpy pillows on a lumpy bed. Didn’t sleep well.

We loved the outdoor space and pool area

The pool area and outdoor patio area were really nice! Rooms were pretty good. Beds were comfy. Becareful of the showers. The bottom of the shower is not flat and I almost fell out backwards due to the weird sloping sided. (Also found a potato wedge on the floor of the room.)
