Euro Park Hotel Bursa

The suite was spacious with 2 bathrooms and a comfortable bed. The buffet breakfasts were wonderful and delicious. Room service was very good.

The Air-conditioning was not working at all, meaning we had to open the windows to get some fresh air and buy our own mini fan. One of the nights there was a function outside our room with loud music playing until 1am which made sleeping impossible. We also had issues with our door lock on several occasions. Most days our room was not cleaned despite hanging the sign to.please clean the room. Also the gym equipment in the health spa was not functional. None of the machines worked even though they were plugged in to the power sockets. The indoor pool was very cold. I expected it to be heated.

The staff was really polite and Mr. Tunc was great!

We arrived late at night with a sleeping child and the staff was not very helpful (rather slow).

Where do i start, they started by begging us to stay and pay, then when we payed the attitude changed, the service changed and the food is not that good, room’s stink of cigarettes and they told us that’s the room we in is a no smoking room, the A/C (Aircondition) doesn’t work, it’s a offel experience, stay away.
