We got a room change after complaining that our family room was facing a wedding festival

No swimming pool was open neither indoor nor outdoor even though we traveled in June and it was 32°C outside. No explanation was given. Room and bathroom were kind of dirty. Would have chosen a different hotel if we had known that beforehand.

Decent property with okaish rooms. There is a spa with many treatments available (at extra costs). Excellent breakfast spread. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Facilities were not up to the mark. The bathroom bidet had a leaky faucet because of which the bathroom was wet all the time. The Air-conditioning was not working. After a complaint, they did something and it worked for 2 hours and then went back to just fan mode. It was unfortunately very hot in Bursa and I was unable to sleep the whole 2 nights that we were there because of the Aircon being set to 28'C. Beware that there are very few restaurants in this area. The hotel has a restaurant but there are hardly any choices. A la carte has a total of 5 permanently fixed options for lunch or dinner OR you have to choose the buffet which is not worth the price. Overall a very disappointing experience for the price
