No pool-paid more $ for a pool that is on their website No access to the sitting area No breakfast-paid extra for breakfast Rude GM-Tyrone Williams Toilet coming out of the floor Sewage smell No towels once the room was cleaned Room keys did not work, each time we left the keys had to be reset.

I wanted my money back due to being unhappy and they would not refund my money, I called booking.com and they will not respond back you (booking) either. I will never stay here again and all my family will know how bad this hotel is. We travel here 2 time a year to see family and we will never stay here again.
